Exclusive Mold Design Deposit

Deposit and Design Details
1. Deposit: The initial deposit covers the first 2 hours of custom mold design work. This deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins.
2. Additional Hours: Any time beyond the initial 2 hours will be billed separately.
3. Design Visibility: Some details, such as ribs, may not be visible in the CNC format. If you require a 3D printed design to view these details, please inform me at the start, as this will extend the design time.
4. Unused Time: Any unused time from the initial deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the mold, which will be billed separately.
5. Payment and Cancellation: Custom molds must be paid for in full before cutting. Special order aluminum, if canceled, will incur a deduction from the return, and the material will be forfeited. Once the first cut is made, the order cannot be canceled and payments recieved will be forfeited.
6. Changing designs after initial CAD is accepted as a project can cause the project to end and a refund issued. (This does not include minor details but does include complete new styles of the bait.)
Note: All cut molds will be sold regardless of if it is a custom or not.
We will not make direct copies of factory made baits. 15% change minimum is always required.
Non-Exclusive Design

Please note that all CAD designs produced may be shared, reused, or repurposed at the discretion of the designer or company. While the design work is created with individual client needs in mind, ownership of the CAD files and final designs remains with the designer unless otherwise specified in writing.
Molds created from these designs may also be offered for sale or distributed to other customers. This policy allows for broader accessibility, cost efficiency, and improved availability of tooling for all users. By proceeding with design or mold production services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
If exclusivity is required for either the design or the mold, a separate agreement must be arranged in advance and may involve additional fees.
