Clamp Operation and Maintenance Instructions
Clamp Plates: Ensure the clamp plates are fully machined to guarantee an optimized clamping face.
Base and Plates: Use the 6" wide base with 6" clamping plates for enhanced mold stability and clamping surface 24 in long.
Pressure Requirements: Operate with a recommended pressure range of 100-140 psi.
Mold Centering individual culls: Ensure molds are centered to achieve optimal clamping pressure.
Post-Use: Remove air pressure from the clamp after each use.
Safety Warning: The clamp can pinch hands, fingers, or other body parts. The operator/owner assumes full responsibility for safe usage.
Cleaning: Clean the clamp with compressed air and WD-40 only.
Pressure Limits: Do not exceed 140 psi.
Lubrication: Lubricate the system with 3 drops of pneumatic tool oil per week of use.
Note: Frequent use may necessitate more frequent lubrication.
Important: Use only pneumatic tool oil for lubrication.
Follow these instructions to ensure proper operation and maintenance of the clamp.
