Custom Mold Design Deposit

Deposit and Design Details
1. Deposit: The initial deposit covers the first 2 hours of custom mold design work. This deposit is non-refundable once the design process begins.
2. Additional Hours: Any time beyond the initial 2 hours will be billed separately.
3. Design Visibility: Some details, such as ribs, may not be visible in the CNC format. If you require a 3D printed design to view these details, please inform me at the start, as this will extend the design time.
4. Unused Time: Any unused time from the initial deposit will be applied toward the final cost of the mold, which will be billed separately.
5. Payment and Cancellation: Custom molds must be paid for in full before cutting. Special order aluminum, if canceled, will incur a deduction from the return, and the material will be forfeited. Once the first cut is made, the order cannot be canceled.
